Sunday, July 25th Check out New Holstein and Manitowoc

With Rollie in the PA11 on this pretty weather in 20 minutes to New Holstein. There I met Charley and his wife with their fantastic red supercub all the way from Georgia. Saw Rollie's daughter Pam, her dog Billy and her husband and the New Holstein crowd in her hangar. Then I went up the field: of course Steve Johnson, Laura, Wendy, Donald, Bill and Nicole. Helped a bit stacking out the campplaces. 60 SuperCubs were expected! Then all of a sudden Mark Drath (Bozz), one night frm Illinois, where he is cropdusting. Sorry that most of the week I will be in Oshkosh to do my storytelling. But Wednesday and Thursday I hope to be part of the Big Pig Roast and the Fly Out.
Rollie called: it's time to get home. So we stepped in the PA11 and away we were.

When home we got the message that Oshkosh was soaked and no airplanes could come in. Incoming planes were being directed to Fond du Lac, Appleton, and when those were full, even Manitowoc became a waiting spot.
So Rollie got his PA 11 out again and we made a short inspection tour to Manitowoc.
