Got a message from Paul via Supercub.org : Great Parade in Wasilla at 11.00 am!
Just in time I was there. Asked a guy what it was about. Said he: 'Today we celebrate our independance'. Answered I: 'Yeah, like we celebrate Queens Birthday in Holland'. His answer silenced me: 'Except this is not juist for a queen, it's for all us Americans!' Then I wished our country would become a republic again ... and I made these pictures of the two hour during Parade. Missed one thing: a band! So I got Glenn Millers band to play along!
