Monday, June 28th Anchorage Museum and to Fairbanks

Mark brought me to the commuterbus. I happen to be the one and only passenger. After almost an hour he put me right in front of the Anchorage Museum. I had a cappuccino and had several surprise! What a nice museum! Fantastic masks, clothing, totempole; the Japanese occupation of Kiska and the liberation by the US and Canadian troops.What hardships! And then the young children in the space where they could a lot of interesting experiments. Complete joy, and then I took a taxi to the airport to get my little Chevrolet Aveo. Drove back, spoke to Cecilia in the middle of her night and now I am off North.
